In a highly competitive and transforming retail environment, we need a rigorous strategy for brand activation. At Cocoon, when developing in-store communication we follow our own zone strategy. It’s based on surveys about purchasing behavior and describes different levels of attention and sensitivity, according to types of information within physical store zones and locations.
