For the second time in a row, Kindergarten U Uranie participated in our national charity project. Last year, we gave the children perishable food including lentils and rice for their home-made breakfasts.

With the kids and their headmaster Jitka Dědinová, we have a long term strategy to create a community spot in Holešovice for cooperation between the kindergarten and local businesses. The event was held by our client Business For Society with whom we work on other projects with.

The children visited all companies in the quarter and collected 490 kilograms of perishable food that will all be given to The Salvation Army. The event was organized all over the country. People all together donated 312 tons of food.

For the kindergarten, it was a great way to teach the kids how to save food and help people in need. For companies, it was an opportunity to participate in community cooperation in their work environment.
